So, what
will HSH do for me? |

Actively market and advertise the property using a variety of the methods. |

Accompany all tenant viewing's. |
• |
Ensure that tenant applications will be made in a prescribed form, a copy of which is to be made available to the landlord. |
• |
Undertake an inventory before commencement of the tenancy, and a closing inspection at the end of the tenancy. |

Screen tenant applications on your behalf in accordance with your criteria. |
• |
Undertake a tenant verification exercise, which will include credit checks and references - the cost of which will be presented to the tenant, from employer, previous landlord etc. |

Create and store all tenant information and tenancy agreement documentation in a secure environment. |
• |
Collect and forward payment of rental income on a monthly basis either electronically or by post, whichever method suits you the best. |
• |
Collect and control bond monies in accordance with a Government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme. |
• |
Produce regular report for each property and undertake regular inspections for each property. |
• |
Provide advise on the latest safety regulations. |
• |
Advise and co-ordinate maintenance requirements as and where agreed. |
• |
Refer to insurance providers for all insurance requirements as and where required. |
| Our service carries a competitive management fee of 10% of the rental income which does not become payable until the property is let. This means that unless a further service has been requested which is in addition to the above, no fees will be payable until your property has tenants. | |
| Services, which carry an additional charge are services such as Interior design, furnishing, cleaning, redressing, all other related services. | |
